Woman’s Cardiac Health
Heart disease. The leading cause of death for women is heart disease. Chest pain, breathlessness, and arm weakness are signs of a heart attack. Additionally, women are more prone to feel nausea or vomiting and shortness of breath. Women, however, might not recognize their symptoms as heart attack signs and may reject them as being caused by heartburn or excessive exercise. Although menopause does not cause heart disease, some risk factors, such as higher blood pressure, higher cholesterol, and reduced estrogen, are more prevalent after menopause.
